Ingredients for our menus are locally sourced where possible, we strive to use the highest quality produce from local markets and quality stores where availability allows. We will invite you to complete a preference sheet before the charter so that we can do our best to source the products that you prefer.
On Calypso, we aim to cater for all your needs. Most lunches are served as a family style with a variety of mains and sides. For dinners we do tend to deliver a more formal service, however, we are extremely flexible and can tailor our service depending on your mood from day to day.
